Return Policies 

Divine Minerals is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns.  We strongly encourage you to purchase sample products first to determine whether our products meets your specific needs. In the event you are not happy with your order please contact us.  All returns will be at our discretion and are subject to a 35% restocking fee if we approve the return, usually we will only accept un-opened products as a return. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Contact us first.

Shipping Policies

Here at Divine Minerals we have developed a shipping system that all of our customers appreciate! The shipping method used is based on your cart value. Divine Minerals reserves the right to choose the shipping method according to speed and price regardless of method chosen, if we feel we can save you money. We normally use usps first class mail, parcel post or priority mail.

All shipping cost include a handling fee.

***If an order is returned undeliverable, we will make every effort to contact you to verify address, in the event of error on the part of you, the customer, additional shipping costs will be charged and required to be paid before we reship your order, Or we will refund your money less the shipping costs, because shipping had already been paid to ship the first time. If the error is on our part we will ship your order after verification of address and pay the shipping costs. Remember, double check your address prior to submitting orders to avoid any issues.

Payments Accepted

We currently accept paypal at this time, we are currently looking into processing credit cards through other methods but paypal is the chosen processor at this time.

We only accept checks via echecks through paypal, remember that your order will not ship until the echeck has cleared this can take up to 5 days to clear.

We do not ship C.O.D.
